As the UK falls into a second lockdown during bleak Winter months, Brexit looms, and the US into a anxiety inducing election, challenges to our mental health have never felt more real, for many.

I’m offering this session as a gift, for those who want to do what they can to insulate themselves from the depression, anxiety and trauma that these times are creating.

About Me and What to Expect

I’m an award-winning Psychologist, working at the intersection of cognitive neuroscience, unconscious mind and ancient Indian Yogic wisdom. I’ve been featured by the BBC, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Observer, Glamour, GQ, Marie Claire, Bustle and others. I’ve also had the pleasure of guest lecturing at the University of Oxford and University College London.

I will be sharing with you techniques based on my brand of psychotherapy, that you can use to arm you in overcoming challenges to our minds and wellbeing.
